Pumpkin Pie Muffins |
3 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1tbsp. baking powder
1tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
8 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
2 large eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
Preheat oven to 375℉.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk together yogurt, eggs, and pumpkin puree in another bowl.
Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Fold in melted butter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
